Our data collection package has taken a great leap in 2022 with feature enhancements and vigorously-tested code for the collection engine. This turnkey solution is provided on a Synology NAS which runs on a Linux OS. The collection engine is executed using NodejS with an EtherNet/IP driver. Data is collected and stored locally on the NAS in a MySQL database. The front-end web portal is a graphical interface for the end-user and requires no installation of software to view the data. Data integrity is achieved with the native RAID 1 (mirrored) array. For further protection, a RAID 5 version is available, as is the capability to perform remote backups.
