Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) developed in the 1990s have a very archaic look and feel. Modern HMIs should be aesthetically pleasing and have a design flow that is easy to follow by all operating engineers.
We refreshed this system’s interface, which was originally designed on a PanelView 1400e. With a fully-touch interface and popup Hand-Off-Auto (HOA) control, operators no longer need to fumble through buttons & keypads.
